Delivery Timeline

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to selected locations across Mumbai and nearby regions.
For availability in your area, please enter your pin code at checkout or contact our support team.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed before 2 PM are typically dispatched the same day.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹ 999/- .
A flat delivery fee of ₹49/- applies to orders below this 999/- amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.
If you do not receive updates, please reach out to our support team.

Delivery Attempts

A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned and reshipping will be chargeable.

Damaged or Missing Products

If your product is damaged or items are missing, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video). We will investigate and assist accordingly.
